10. Pozbawienie orderu
Osobom pozbawionym orderu zostaną automatycznie odebrane prawa i przywileje wynikające z orderu. Osoby te tracą prawo do noszenia insygniów orderu i w żadnych okolicznościach nie mogą posługiwać się tytułami związany¬mi z orderem ani twierdzić, że są posiadaczami orderu.

Album "Kawalerowie i Damy OSSt" T. Komorowski s. 144. Funkcja Wielkiego Mistrza orderu jest dziedziczna, co wynika z tego, że obecny Wielki Mistrz pochodzi z rodziny matki patrona Świętego Stanisława i jest spokrewniony z założycielem orderu Królem Stanisławem Augustem Ponia-towskim. Wielki Mistrz oraz mianowani przez niego następcy z domu Nowina-Sokolnicki będą na zawsze Wielkimi Mistrzami Orderu. Każdy Wielki Mistrz mianuje, wydając specjalne Rozporządzenie, swojego następcę spośród wartościowych członków domu Nowina-Sokolnicki. The late Grand Master, JNS, set up a Regency Council to 'aid and assist' his successor, primarily by voicing their many years of experience within the Order so that the new Grand Master (WM) would not make rash decisions and repeat mistakes made in the past. For this reason, JNS put in the requirement that three members of the RC MUST sign any decree that the new GM (WM) prepares for issue. Not that they are silent when it is announced, but before it is announced that they read, understand, and approve what is being decreed. This has been violated by the actions of JP in the five decrees issued on 25 IX 2009. It is a direct violation of the Constitution of the Order. Please furnish me an e-mail address and I can send you the Constitution of the Order and the Decree establishing the Regency Council as recorded in the Archives of the Order, which I keep in my position as Grand Archivist of the Order.

Dear brother!

The Regency Council did not react immediately, because they wanted to respect a time of mourning, and tried to contact Mr. Potocki during the last half year(in vain).

Part 2

The dismission of Mr Potocki as Grandmaster was done after long discussions and factfinding. It is not the idea to make an antipolish revolution. in contrary. nobody has the idea to harm the Polishness of the Order.

But do you really think it is good for the Order to have it transformed to a sort of private firm owned by Potocki and his friends.

It is not only an innerpolish matter it is an international affair, affecting the whole order - nationaly and internationally.

part 3

We learned by two open letters to Mr. Potocki, that he is not of noble origin. That means: he lied to our late Grandmaster Juliusz, who appointed him GM , BECAUSE he thought Potocki is from the noble family of the counts Potocki and therefore a cousin of Juliusz. All lies.

Potocki deliberately changed the Constitution of the Order, made his lawyer a high rank member of the grand magistry, and appointed him Grand Prior Swizzerland, a position already held by an polish friend of Juliusz.

Potocki abolished the Regency Council ( Dr. Krol is also a Member of this Council by the way), and told everybody the lie, that the members of the RC were invited to a meeting the night before the funeral in Kalkow and they did not show up. truth is: they were not informed that there is a meeting sceduled, furthermore they waited for houres at the warsawa railwaystation and airport to be picked up as prevously arranged. Potocki did not inform them beforehand where to go and where to meet, to make sure they will not show up . Next day he told us at the funeral: they were invited, did not come, so it is clear they are not interested, so they were dismissed. And he had the bones to tell us this lies in presence of the members of the dissolved RC!!! It ended in a big discussion, Potocki, Roch, and I am sorry to say so Krol disappeared as fast as possible. I have been there and returned home shocked.
